Denise “DeeNice” Rhodes, The Urban Progressive Foundation (TUPF)

Denise Rhodes is the Executive Director of The Urban Progressive Foundation, a project of Congressional District Programs, a 501(c) 3, public charity.  This year TUPF has been focused and active in being a spokesperson for and assisting underserved communities to become digitally prepared for the DTV transition. TUPF is the sponsor for this event. Ms. Rhodes has had a successful career working for Fortune 100 technology/medical companies like: Hewlett Packard & 3M.
