Ribbon Cutting for Patriot High School and T. Clay Wood Elementary School Scheduled for June 28

T. Clay Wood Elementary School and Patriot High School, two of three new schools that will open this September, will hold a joint ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 28 at 6 p.m. The schools are adjacent to each other on Kettle Run Road in Nokesville. Those who plan to attend the ceremony are asked to enter at the entrance to the high school, 10504 Kettle Run Road, Nokesville. The third school scheduled to open in the fall, Piney Branch Elementary School, will hold its ribbon cutting ceremony in late August.

The ribbon cutting ceremony for Patriot High School and Wood Elementary School is scheduled for June 28 because both schools are expected to be completed by then and may host some summer activities. All three schools have selected their colors and mascots, and staff has been hired. The temporary offices for the principals are at 14800 Joplin Road, Building 24, Independent Hill.
