WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- A witness describes the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old as gun battle that erupted over an argument between two families.

Christopher Nathaniel Weaver, 19, who friends called Woodie, was killed just after midnight Sunday morning in the 13400 block of Keating Drive in Woodbridge, Va.

WUSA9's Peggy Fox talked to a young person who was there when guns were drawn. He says he saw four guns and the man who was killed was the first to pull his gun.

"I could've been hit," said the teen, who witnessed the fatal shooting of his friend's big brother. WUSA9 is not releasing the identity of the witness.

"One of them pulled gun...in the throat. "

The shooting happened at the victim's home, which is shared by two families. The witness says two men came to the door, upset over a decision by parents of a little girl to not let her spend the night at their home with their child.

Then, according to witnesses, Christopher Weaver pulled a gun.

"There were two dudes... Who pulled the gun first? Chris."

A 15-year-old was also hit and injured in the shooting. Neighbors say they've been concerned for some time about all the activity at home where the shooting happened.

The 15-year-old is expected to recover. No arrests have been made.
