Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old Girl In Manassas | News
MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- A 28-year-old Manassas man is being held without bond for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
According to police, Roger Mauricio Rubio Mejia was arrested after an investigation on Tuesday into a sexual assault that reportedly happened in the 8300 block of Browns Ln in Manassas. Police say the investigation revealed that the girl had been sexually assaulted by Rubio Mejia since July.
He is now charged with 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 2 counts of abduction and 1 count of object sexual penetration.
