Carmello’s of Historic Manassas, Va. is offering a Christmas Eve dinner, Thurs., Dec. 24 from 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and New Year’s Eve a la carte dinner on Thurs., Dec. 31 with seatings from 4:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. (Two-hour seatings are booked for parties of two to six people; larger parties have two and a half hour seatings). Complimentary Portuguese sparkling wine is served with all seatings. Late seatings receive party favorites if they stay until midnight. Children 10 and younger can eat free from the kids’ menu. Appetizers – Family-Style House Appetizer, Brick-Oven Oysters Rockefeller, Spitada De Camarao, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Risotto Fritters, Calamari Fritti, Lobster Bisque, Roasted Butternut Squash

Salads - Autumn Mesclun Salad, Chopped House Salad, Caesar Salad

Entrees - Agnolotti Con Lagosta, Scampi Carmellos, All Natural Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs, Saltimbocca Alla Romana, Salmone Fiorentina, Portuguese Paelha Valenciana, Red Wine Braised All Natural Duroc Pork Shank, and 32 oz. Bone in Prime Rib.

NYE’s MENU:
Appetizers - Lumache Trastevere, Brick Oven Oysters Rockefeller, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops, Insalata Frutta De Mare

Soups - Roasted Butternut Squash, Lobster Bisque

Salads - Caesar Salad, Chopped House Salad, Brick Oven Roasted Beets Salad

Entrees – One-and-Half Pound Whole Maine Stuffed Lobster, 32 oz. Bone in Prime Rib, Portuguese Paelha Valenciana, Pollo Alla Granciola, Ravioli Con Lagosta, Vitello Alla Erbe, Tornedó Con Quiejo, Pernil De Porco, Scampi Carmellos, Swordfish Sabatino and Salmone Fiorentina.

“Carmello’s was built on the idea of family dining, so we especially love to host dinner on Christmas Eve, with a wide array of menu items,” said Alice Pires, owner of Carmello’s and Monza of Historic Manassas, Va.
