Bicycle Adventure Comes to VA. | Community Spirit

The Fuller Center, a faith driven nonprofit that builds and renovates homes in 14 countries, is celebrating its fifth year of involving cyclists from all over the world to help provide families with energy-efficient and affordable homes. The late Millard Fuller and his wife Linda, who also founded Habitat for Humanity in 1976, founded the Fuller Center in 2005.

Their Bicycle Adventure will be arriving in Alexandria, Va. on June 6th and staying for a build day with the Northern Virginia Fuller Center for Housing on June 7th.

In its first four years, the Adventure raised more than $500,000 while cycling more than 10,800 miles through 31 states, working on 41 homes and spreading awareness about our work in more than 60 U.S. communities and 16 countries around the world.
