I eat at Pho Saigon on a monthly basis. My favorites: Fresh Summer Roll, Brisket Pho, and the Chicken Rice Plate. Simple, Fresh and Healthy. This place is very casual. Don't expect typical chain service. But Pho takes like 5 minutes to put together, so you never have to wait too long for your food once you've ordered. The smoothies are sweet but not healthy, they are typical of most Pho places in northern VA. I have everyone in my family hooked. This has become my go-to Pho place in town. We go out for Pho about once a week. I usually get the bowl of the Pho with Eye Round and an order of fresh spring rolls. Both are very good. The beef is good and tender and the broth is flavorful. The summer rolls are always fresh. I've also tried the Bahn Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) and it is great.
